Our standard process is perfect for most of our customer’s needs. Several of our customers have their own unique processes and procedures tailored to their specific needs – we can do this for you too.

Standard Process

• Download the Dealer’s data by VPN, Modem or Remote Control Software (TeamViewer, LogmeIn, GoToMyPC, etc.) We can also handle data in almost any report format or text file, we can host FTP sites for your dealers to send data.
• We have worked with data from a multitude of systems including, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Arkona, AutoMate, AutoSoft, AutoBase, ADAM, ACS, Advent, Ancira, Dubuque, EDS, InfinitiNet, Lightspeed, Lightyear, PBS, Quorum, Serti, UCS and more.
• Standardize and clean the data according to our 12-Step Program

Including:

• Address Standardization using CASS and SERP approved software
• Name Splitting
• VIN Decoding
• Make Group Selection
• Automotive Trade Address Suppression
• NCOA (National Change of Address) or Canadian NCOA
• Duplicate Removal
• Undeliverable Address Removal
• Respect Dealer’s "Do-Not-Mail" Flags
• Company Records Removed (if required)
• Assign Distance from the Dealership based on the customer's Zip Code
• Calculate Probable Current Mileage for the Vehicle
• Provide List Processing Summary Report
• Provide Zip-Distance-Model Year Reports for each Make Group
• The final list will contain one record per mailing address, retaining either the newest vehicle or the most recently active vehicle, scoped to 100 miles around the dealership
• Almost all of our jobs are completed within 24 hours.
